About us

After stop overs in theatrical pedagogy, mask and dance theatre Steffanie Gätjens founded with two colleagues in the year 2000 Art Tremondo.
Since 2010 she is leading Art Tremondo on her own.

“My costumes are my passion” is, what you hear, if you ask her about her vocation.
Since almost 20 years she is designing and sewing in her studio.
She is breaking new ground,
to elicit her imaginations out of the fabrics and to come as close as possible to the source of her ideas.

In the moment 8 freelance artists work with Art Tremondo.
At present Art Tremondo can draw out of a pool of over 50 costumes – and each year it will be more.
